Terms And Conditions
1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Routelle Travel website, communications, travel planning services, itinerary design services, concierge booking support, consulting services, and related services. By using the website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a proposal, approving a travel plan, making a payment, or continuing to work with Routelle Travel, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Routelle Travel provides personalized route design, itinerary planning, travel consulting, booking support, concierge coordination, and related travel advisory services. Routelle Travel may help clients research, compare, request, reserve, or coordinate third-party travel services, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators, ground transportation providers, activity providers, restaurants, guides, and other suppliers.
2. Informational Nature of Website Content
The content on the website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. Website content does not create a binding offer, confirmed booking, guaranteed price, guaranteed availability, legal advice, immigration advice, medical advice, insurance advice, or financial advice.
3. Eligibility
By using the website or services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, have authority to make travel arrangements for yourself and any travelers included in your request, and will provide accurate and complete information.
4. Client Responsibility for Information
You are responsible for providing accurate names, dates of birth, passport details, traveler preferences, accessibility needs, health considerations, contact details, payment information, and any other information needed to prepare, request, book, or coordinate travel services. Routelle Travel is not responsible for problems caused by incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or inconsistent information provided by you or your travel party.
5. Prices, Quotes, and Availability
Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed. Any quote, estimate, sample itinerary, proposal, or availability information is not guaranteed until the applicable supplier has confirmed the booking and any required payment has been accepted. Travel prices may change because of supplier pricing, availability, currency fluctuations, taxes, fees, seasonal demand, fuel charges, local charges, exchange rates, or other factors outside Routelle Travel's control.
6. Supplier Terms
All bookings are subject to supplier terms and availability. Third-party suppliers may impose their own rules, restrictions, deposits, payment deadlines, cancellation rules, refund rules, change rules, baggage fees, resort fees, local taxes, documentation requirements, check-in rules, minimum-stay rules, age rules, and conduct requirements. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all supplier terms that apply to your booking.
7. Third-Party Supplier Responsibility
Routelle Travel is not responsible for airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise line, transfer provider, restaurant, guide, activity provider, government authority, airport, railway, ferry, rental company, travel platform, or other third-party supplier actions, omissions, cancellations, schedule changes, overbookings, delays, service failures, pricing changes, errors, safety issues, insolvency, or policy decisions.
8. Service Fees
Routelle Travel may charge planning fees, consulting fees, design fees, booking support fees, concierge coordination fees, revision fees, rush fees, or other professional service fees. Service fees compensate Routelle Travel for time, research, itinerary design, route planning, supplier coordination, communication, and advisory work. Service fees are separate from supplier charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
Service fees may be non-refundable once planning, consulting, booking support, itinerary work, supplier research, proposal preparation, or coordination work has started.
9. Booking Confirmation
A booking is not confirmed merely because an itinerary, proposal, invoice, quote, or payment link has been issued. A booking is confirmed only when the applicable supplier confirms the booking and all required deposits, payments, documents, and approvals have been completed. Confirmation details should be reviewed immediately by the client.
10. Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations are subject to Routelle Travel's service policies and the rules of each applicable supplier. Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on supplier rules, the type of booking, timing, fare class, rate type, destination, season, local regulations, and whether the travel product is refundable, partially refundable, non-refundable, or subject to penalties.
11. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
Clients are responsible for passports, visas, entry requirements, health documents, transit requirements, vaccination requirements, travel authorizations, identification, customs rules, and any other documentation required for travel. Requirements may change at any time. Routelle Travel may provide general reminders or links, but the final responsibility remains with each traveler.
12. Health, Safety, and Travel Risk
Travel involves risks, including delays, cancellations, illness, injury, accidents, theft, weather events, political unrest, local restrictions, natural disasters, operational disruptions, and supplier failures. You are responsible for evaluating whether travel is appropriate for you and your travel party.
13. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Insurance may help protect against certain losses related to cancellation, interruption, delay, baggage issues, medical emergencies, evacuation, supplier default, or other covered events, depending on the policy. Routelle Travel does not guarantee insurance coverage, claim approval, or reimbursement.
14. Flights and Air Travel
If Routelle Travel assists with flights, airline tickets, air schedules, fare comparison, or booking support, all air travel remains subject to airline rules, fare rules, airport rules, government regulations, baggage policies, change fees, cancellation rules, refund rules, seat rules, and schedule changes. Airline baggage, change, cancellation, and refund rules should be reviewed carefully before purchase.
Routelle Travel is not an air carrier and does not control airline operations, seating, baggage handling, flight schedules, aircraft changes, refunds, airport disruptions, or airline customer service decisions.
15. Payments
You agree to pay all approved service fees, supplier charges, deposits, taxes, fees, and other amounts when due. Failure to pay on time may result in loss of availability, cancellation of pending requests, price changes, supplier penalties, or cancellation of services.
16. Transparent Pricing
Routelle Travel aims to provide clear pricing before payment. Known Routelle Travel service fees will be disclosed before they are charged. Supplier charges will be disclosed to the extent reasonably available from the supplier at the time of quoting or booking. Some costs may be payable locally or charged directly by suppliers.
17. Intellectual Property
Itineraries, route concepts, planning documents, recommendations, design structure, written explanations, destination notes, and related materials prepared by Routelle Travel are for the personal use of the client and travel party. They may not be copied, sold, republished, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
18. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, copy content without permission, submit false information, transmit malware, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routelle Travel is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of enjoyment, lost profits, lost opportunity, emotional distress, inconvenience, or travel disruption, arising from website use, planning services, third-party supplier actions, or travel events.
20. No Guarantee of Outcome
Routelle Travel works to provide thoughtful travel planning and support, but does not guarantee uninterrupted travel, perfect supplier performance, specific room views, flight timing, weather conditions, destination conditions, upgrades, availability, pricing, visa approval, entry approval, or personal satisfaction with third-party services.
21. Updates to These Terms
Routelle Travel may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms apply when posted on the website or otherwise provided to you.
